Q: Do you charge for delivery of funeral tributes?

No. We believe delivering funeral tributes should be free locally, and we do not charge for this service.

Q: Which areas do you deliver to?

We deliver flowers to Stoke-on-Trent, Blurton, Fenton, Longton, Meir, Hanley, Newcastle under Lyme, Stone, Staffordshire Moorlands, Alsager and many other local areas. If you’re unsure, just ask!

Q: Can I choose a delivery time?

We can't guarantee a delivery time because of the number of deliveries we have across the city, but we always try our best to meet any special requests.

Same-day deliveries must be received by 2pm GMT. Orders placed after this time will be delivered on the next working day. If you require same day after this time, please call us on 0800 644 0074 to check availability.

Delivery Days

Local Deliveries

We deliver locally from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday. We do not deliver on Sundays (except Mothering Sunday or if Valentine’s Day falls on a Sunday).

Nationwide & Courier Deliveries

Courier deliveries are available Monday to Friday. Saturday courier deliveries may be possible for an additional fee — please contact us before placing your order. Nationwide deliveries through our trusted relay network are subject to the opening hours of the receiving florist.

Delivery Charges

Our delivery charges are as follows:

Local Delivery (across Stoke-on-Trent) – £4.95. Minimum order value for local delivery is £25.
Funeral Tributes – Free Local Delivery. We don’t believe in charging for tribute deliveries.
UK-Wide Delivery – £10.95 for our own hand-made bouquets sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery in a protective floral box.
UK-Wide & International Delivery – Available through Direct2Florist, an award-winning, great value global florist network. Contact us for availability and pricing.
